Maxi-Cosi Isofix base pins won’t extend, any tips or advice?

Hi, I got a maxi cosi newborn car seat and the matching isofix fixture from mammas and papas online however I can’t get the isofix fixture to work - the yellow long bits that go into the car seat won’t come out. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong and they don’t seem to have a contact number.
can anyone help/advise me? Thanks

You need to press in the grey buttons on the side to get the isofix arms to extend, like in this video.
