Joie i-Spin 360 Owners - Harness Tightening Issue Common?

Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced the harness/seatbelt on the Joie i-Spin 360 getting stuck when trying to tighten it? Mine frequently jams intermittently - I pull the tensioner and it won’t tighten properly (stays loose), so I have to loosen completely and retry multiple times. Video evidence shows it happening, but Joie wants it sent for inspection without offering a replacement first.
Child is 1yo, 11kg, 70cm - straps at correct height, no twists, no thick coats.

Theres some good Facebook groups for car seat advice like Car Seat Safety UK. I haven't had this issue but I've seen people have issues with other seats where a bit of food or something has gotten into the seatbelt mechanism and stops it going tight. You could search within the group and see if anyone else has solved the issue. You might need to hoover it out or tip it upside down?

We have had this problem and it did improve after giving it a good hoover, it's still not the easiest to tighten though.
