I’ve bought this seat for my granddaughter. It’s fitted on Isofix and correctly done. She’s one so currently rear facing but I’m really struggling to fit my hand between the seat and the chair to find the button to swivel the seat. Am I doing something wrong?

I had this problem when we first installed ours, and then worked out that you can extend the isofix points so they're longer and there's more space for your hand! (The videos posted above might show how to do that, but my recollection you have to squeeze the end of the isofix points furthest from where they attach, before you attach it to the car, and they'll extend)

I had this problem when we first installed ours - as a PP explained, you can extend the isofix points. Good luck!

That is quite normal for this seat - it's easier to put your hand in from below, it's a bit counterintuitive.

Extending the isofix points might work if it's the original one but it does make the seat slightly less secure. It's OK to do it but it's better to push it in flush with the seat.
