Which car seat is safest and most practical, Joie or Ickle Bubba?

I'm looking at buying one of the below seats for my 9 month old but can't decide which is best

Out of those four, I'd pick Joie i-Spin. But John Lewis have the Maxi Cosi Mica Pro Eco on offer for £150 at the moment and I think that's even better.
