Car seat for 4yo boy with back and lightweight

Looking to buy a car seat for my 4yo. We need to take on a plane and put it into a hire car in Italy. Their laws state it has to have a back as he is 100cms tall and not 125cms tall quite yet. Foldable would be great. Any help would be really appreciated.

If he's only just 100cm you might be best off with something with a 5 point harness like Joie Elevate?

For an actual high back I would look at Becool Foldy as it seems to be the most cost effective option and does fold down.

Or if you need budget then the Graco Junior Maxi R129 is budget friendly although it does not fold.

Be aware that the older, R44 version of the Junior Maxi is not well rated for safety. The R129 version is rated to the newer safety standard and I believe the seat to be a version of Joie Trillo which is usually well-rated. So itMUST be the R129 version not the older version.

Thanks for the info. Went for the, Maxi-Cosi Tanza i-Size High Back Booster Seat, in the end.
