Fiat 500 - What Toddler Car Seat?

Hi Everyone, my boy is 15 months old now and just hit the height limit for his baby car seat. I have a Fiat 500 and I’m really struggling to decide which car seat to get. Safety is the most important factor for us, on top of that it needs to fit in my little car! I want to rear face him for as absolute long as possible so looking for a car seat that will keep him rear facing for a long time yet. He’s not a particularly tall or heaving baby. I have isofix in the rear of my car and I’m in the UK just to add. I’m scared to order a car seat and unpackage it all then it doesn’t fit in the car! But would that actually happen; do all car seat fit in all cars? My partner is not super tall so we’re fine to have the front seat pushed forward like we already do now; if it’s a longer journey one of us can sit in the back seat anyway if we prefer. The longest lasting rear facing seats are also the most compact, which is helpful :) You will want to look at the seats from Axkid (Move, Minikid, One), Besafe (Stretch) and Britax (Max Safe Pro and Safe Way M). These are the longest lasting rear facing seats and nice to use.

Usually the best way to do this is to look at Axkid or Besafe's website and check their stockist list and see if there are any physically based near you. This way, you can try out different seats in your car, and with your child to find out what works best for you, and hopefully you won't need to order blind online.
