Anyone have a tiny car and Axkid Minikid 2.0? Need to get a new rear facing seat for my 18mo which will last as long as poss. Have a Toyota Aygo which needs to fit a booster on the back seat to for the bigger kid...
Any advice?

Take your car to Halfords and try them in. They’re very helpful there

If they haven’t got the exact thing you’re looking for, at least it will give you an idea

@Soverymuchfruit yup that's useful!! Thank you! (I actually looked at their site and didn't see this very useful info!)

Have had mixed reviews about Halfords.... Will see if they sell it

Thanks all

Halfords dont sell Axkid. Do you have an independent car seat retailer near you? If you tell us what part of the country you are in, maybe someone can advise? An indie retailer will be more likely to have one you can try and give you much better advice and after care support than Halfords.

@PronounsBaby yeah I have it myself, you just have to google for "axkid car compatability" rather than finding your way round their site.

It's a nice seat, though I don't honestly think it's very different from the cheaper Axkid move, which I got to keep at my parents' house.

Halfords don't stock Axkid seats and are likely to look at you like you have two heads if you suggest rear facing an 18mo (even though they stock several seats which will do this!)

Look on Axkid website for a stockist local to you. They tend to be specialist retailers which is handy for comparing different options without worrying that you'll be sold something flimsy and cheaply made.

We have an Aygo and can fit the britax romer max way extended rear facing seat in, but do have to pull the front seat a bit further forward than we'd like.
