Cybex Cloud Z2 or Venicci Ultralite (aka Avoinaut Pixel)

Which of these car seats do you think is best? I like the fact that the Z2 reclines and can be rotated, but the Venicci Ultralite I’ve heard good things about in terms of comfort and safety…

They are both nice seats. If nothing else came into it, I do prefer the Cybex, but for the cost difference I think the vennici or avionaut is better value. The Cybex is a lot more money but it's not that much better to justify the huge hike in price IMO.

Thank you so much for your reply! One of the travel systems I’m looking at offers with the Venicci seat for £1198 and the same system with the Cybex seat for £1249 - for that price would you go for the Cybex? I suppose another plus is that the child can stay in it until 24 months as opposed to 15.

Ignore the ages given as those are always total nonsense. The Cybex is longer in the shell than the Venicci, so it probably will last slightly longer but honestly, most people don't want to use a carry car seat past the first year or so anyway.

The other consideration is that the Venicci is a lot lighter, the Cybex seats are heavy. If you'll have to carry it around a lot that might be worth thinking about. If you'll just take it on and off the pushchair, the weight doesn't really matter.

If both sets come with a base, the Cybex is definitely worth £50 extra.
