Compatibility

Hi everyone! Looking into the Mothercare journey (not the edit!) travel system as ours is packed in! My question is….the website says no other car seat is compatible but a forum on here says it is? We have the joie i level car seat that is isofix and wondering if the pram frame takes adapters that I can slot my car seat onto? Just before I look into buying the travel system I need to know my car seat will fit on! Thanks :)

The Joie i-Level goes onto universal/multi brand adapters, aka maxi cosi adapters. If you can get adapters that say they take a maxi cosi or cybex seat, it will fit the Joie too.

Hi thanks for this! It’s more if the adapters will fit onto the pram frame, as the site says no others are compatible but the journey ‘chrome’ which is pretty much identical i think does? So it’s more to ask if the adapters are compatible with the chassis

Maybe do a thread in pushchairs with Mothercare journey in the title. People might know the answer but not realise this thread is something they know the answer to.
