Rear facing portable car seat for 16 month old?

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a good portable car seat to take to Tenerife at all?

Our sons is 16 months old and I would like to keep him rear facing so he doesn't get a taste of forward facing and not like his normal car Seat when he gets back.

Joie do a range of 18kg rear facing seats but I'm not familiar enough to say which is good. You could ask in extended rear facing Facebook group for help. We have brought a Axkid minikid for travelling as it was a really good price. The Axkid Move is currently on offer for under £200. It isn't the lightest of seats and we have yet to try travelling with it but plan to use a trolley and hope for the best!
