Shoulder seat belt height adjusters (older child)

Hello
Can anyone advise on products that bring down the shoulder part of belt to stop it annoying the child’s neck?
Dd is 152cm now and much comfier out of car seat but I would like to adjust the height of it if possible.
Lots of products look really unsafe! Thanks in advance

I think most of them are likely unsafe, is there not a way to adjust it in the car itself? A cover that goes over the belt to make the edge less "sharp" is probably the best solution for uncomfy necks. Or maybe she would prefer to sit on a backless booster that isn't a fill size car seat?
