Maxi Cosi car seat with Uppababy Vista

We have bought an Uppababy Vista and bought a Maxi Cosi Marble car seat to fit on it with the Vista adapters. Maxi Cosi and the baby shop who sold us the adapters both said the two were compatible, but when we tried it, it seemed really wobbly. The adapters did click in to the car seat but they just didn't seem like a good fit. I know the Marble is quite new but does anyone have any experience with this? No shops open around here for ages so we have not been able to go in and try everything out, and it is so difficult doing all of this for the first time online so any help would be appreciated!

It's quite common for car seats to have a bit of a wobble on pram adapters. I would think it's probably more noticeable as the Marble is a heavier seat, but maybe it will even out with the weight of a baby in there as well.

Sorry to jump on an old post, but we have just got this car seat with a Bugaboo Fox for our 2nd baby in July, and we noticed a substantial amount of wobble when we put it on the pushchair chassis also. I’ve been told it’s a normal thing, but it still wobbles a lot. I think we’re going to wait until the shops open and attempt to try it out and see if it is normal, or buy another set of adapters/seat depending on what the outcome is which is a shame cause I love the car seat alone.

@natureisawesome can I ask what came of this issue? I am about to potentially purchase the vista and 2x marbles also!

I am having the exact same issue! I have been backwards & forwards with mamas and papas as the marble car seat just doesn’t feel stable enough on the vista V2 car seat adapters, I don’t feel safe putting a newborn in it! I am not getting very far with them at the moment as they were ordering me new adapters to try but have just realised that the ones they were going to order me are the ones that I already have! I don’t know what other solution they are going to come up....
