Cybex Z question

Hi

I have brought the Cybex Z and I was thinking that I could use it with my egg pushchair chassis instead of buying the newborn insert since it can lie flat.

If anyone has the Cybex Z does it lie completely flat & are your babies comfortable?

Do you mean the Cloud Z? No, it doesn't lie completely flat. It's about a 140 degree angle rather than 180 degrees. It's just a bit flatter than a normal car seat. It wouldn't be flat enough to replace a carrycot really. You can see a picture of the lay flat mode in this review:
