0+ baby seat for 2004 Jeep Cherokee

DH's car has the American version of isofix (latch?) but we're struggling to find an isofix car seat that 'fits' (>70% contact) because of the gradient of the seats in the back.

DS is 12 days old. We have a baby seat that we are just using the seatbelt with at the moment, but have an isofix base in our other (newer!) car.

Does anyone have an old Cherokee and experience with isofix baby seats?

Thank you 🤞

Try searching the Facebook group 'car seat advice uk' for your car type and see if anybody has any suggestions.

But if the seats are quite sloped, isofix probably isn't going to work very well because it's too rigid. You'll get a much better fit if you continue to use the seatbelt.
