First thread and very new to this.
I m just wondering if anyone has had the same problem I’m having with 2 car seats I’ve purchased.
We have two cars and purchased two car seats both by the cozy and safe brand. 1 is the Apollo and the other was the galaxy both very similar. We’re both amazing when my baby was small but ever since lifting the head rest due to baby growing up the car seats are horrendous. They back of the car seat is very harsh and you can feel the plastic from the headrest sticking out. I only noticed this this due to my sons back having marks and bruises on. I’m actually worried it will damage his back. Has anyone else had anything like this and can you rectify it. Any help would be good.
