Which car seat has the best recline?

DS is 16 months and just 9kg. We currently have the Joie i-anchor however I'm not too keen on it. The recline is rubbish and every time he falls asleep his head falls forward.
Today I saw the Joie stages seat which seemed to have a really good recline but from looking online now it looks like that is only the case if you get the belted version, not the isofix version.

Any suggestions on car seats that have a good recline? Would prefer to keep him rear facing and would prefer isofix so I don't have to lift him in over the seat belt each time.

It depends on the shape of the seats in your car as well as the car seat. You'll get a better fit and recline with a properly fitted belted seat then an isofix though.

We have the i anchor as a spare - it does have an awful recline! The stages is a good option for a child on the lower centiles.
