Joie I level Group O - any reviews?

Hi - we are looking at the Joie I level baby seat, it seems to be relatively new and Im struggling to find any reviews of it, the lay flat feature looks really good. Be great to hear what anyone with it thinks of it! Also interested to know if it can be fastened in with a seat belt rather than the base for swapping cars on the odd occasion we need to.

It's isofix only so you have to use the base. It can't be installed using a seat belt.

It's not very clear to me whether the lay flat can be used when it's in place in the car. I know for example with the Cybex Cloud Q you can only recline it flat when it's out of the car.
