After reading about the new I ISZE regulations and the benefits of ERF i went to purchase a new carseat for 10mo dd. I brought a Joie I-Anchor Advance as it complied with these regulations and there was a promotion running which included the base for free.
I had the carseat fitted at Halfords and it was here i first noticed that the carseat shoulder straps seemed to slip off dds shoulders quite noticeably. The Halfords guy thought so too and called his manager who assured me it was fine. I wasnt really sure but they were so i left. The straps have continued to be a problem and seem really ill fitting with me constantly having to slide them up her arms again even when the carseat is strapped very tightly.
Today when i got her out the car the straps had slid all the way off, literally making it no point her being in there! I dont want to use the carseat any more as im convinced its dangerous. I brought it on the 31st of March- do I have any rights to return it?
