Hi,
Have been given this seat and I am trying to work out if it is a cabriofix or pebble so I can get the right base....any ideas?

Cabriofix

dragonflyinthelillies · 24/09/2015 18:34

Well I've got a cabriofix and it doesn't look like that, if that in any way helps!

WanderingTrolley1 · 24/09/2015 18:36

Looks like my Cabriofix.

I have a Pebble, it (a) has a different head support to yours, and more usefully (b) says "Pebble" on the seat. I'd assume yours is a cabriofix :)

It is def a cabriofix

Gloryjones · 24/09/2015 18:38

Cabriofix looks just like mine

Blowninonabreeze · 24/09/2015 18:40

Do you know how old it is? That should give you a clue.

I looks similar to my cabrio, which didn't even fit with a base (it's 9 years old)

Thank you! I'm not sure how old it is, I think around 3 years maybe. It sounds like a cabriofix then. I may take it into mothercare or somewhere to try with a base to be sure. Thanks!

Looks like my Cabriofix which would be almost 4 years old now, we had a EasyFix base which you could belt in or Isofix.

100% cabrio. You can tell by the blue seat belt guides Smile

It's a cabriofix. However one of The performance pads (left ) is wrong way around. Plus crotch pad missing. Do you have newborn insert under cover?

BertieBotts · 28/09/2015 21:41

Check the date of manufacture on the back. There should be a dial with what looks like clock numbers and an arrow, this tells you the month and inside the dial will be a two digit number to represent the year.

Defenderwife · 29/09/2015 10:16

If it's that old it has likely seen a lot of use. Check it carefully for any signs of damage or impact. As a pp said the insert and the crotch pad are missing.
