I think it was on here that I saw it but can't find it now - can anyone link me to the article about how child hip development means HBBs aren't safe till 4.5 regardless of how heavy DC is?
Asking on behalf of a friend who is looking for a car seat for her 19 kg (yes, we double checked) 3.1 yr old and so is basically choosing between the TWE and a HBB. If anyone can suggest any non-Britax (because other than the TWE they don't fit her car), FF 25kg harnessed seats then I'm all ears...
