Hi, has anyone recently purchased the multimac? We ordered one and paid £800 deposit and then was told we had a 6-8 week wait. We rang them last week as had been 6 weeks and was told it will be another 4-8week wait. The summer holidays will be over by that time. We have booked time off work and a holiday end of August to go visit family but now have to cancel if seat not here. We have emailed them our concerns and had no reply and not for the first time. Has anyone else had this problem with them? Its a lot of money we have already paid and feel let down especially with their customers service. I cant seem to find any one that has purchased one recently and any reviews seem to be a few yrs old.
