looking for cheap(ish) group 0+ car seat that fits a cheap(ish) pushchair

I don't seem to be able to find a reasonably priced group 0+ car seat (say up to £80) that would also attach to a reasonably priced pushchair, the pushchair also to be suitable from birth. The only ones I can find get bad reviews or the seat is good and pushchair bad or vice versa. I would prefer a car seat with 5 point harness not 3 point. Also it's a minefield to try and work out which seats can be used with which pushchairs if you use adapters. Ideally the car seat should be light too (less than 4kg) and the pushchair reasonably compact/light. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

You can get the full mamas and papas zoom travel system which includes car seat and pushchair and adapters for £220 iirc. The car seat is only 3 point harness though.
