Do I need to move my tall DD from ERF to FF?

We have a britax dualfix for 2yo DD. Would like to use it RF for as long as possible. She is nowhere near the weight limit yet, but her head is creeping very close to the top of the seat, she's always been tall and skinny. I remember with her baby seat we had to move her into this seat because her head was over the top of the seat. Is this still the case now?

It says it's likely suitable until around 4 years old, so I can't believe my just turned 2yo might be outgrowing it! We only bought it a year ago!

I'm not an expert, but my understanding is that you can keep a toddler rear facing until the tips of their ears are level with the top of the seat. Ours (not Britax) has a head rest that has velcro straps to move it up higher.
