Can the Joie Steadi be fitted rear facing in a VW polo?

Just that really!

Can't seem to find any info on the website. It's a Y reg (year 2000) model with no isofix points.

I'm trying to work out the differences between the Tilt, Steadi and Stages - I need a rear facing seat from newborn to at least three years (by then big sister should have out grown the kiddy guardian and little one can use it with the impact shield). Are they all pretty easy to fit?

I have a tilt and have tried the steadi in our cars, the tilt fits rear facing in my hyundai i10 with adequate front passenger space so I see no reason space wise why it would fit in a polo. Can't comment in stuff like buckle crunch though. Belt length isn't an issue, our Ibiza has the shortest belts known to man and it's fine in there too. The steadi is a better seat imo, it's more firmly fitted when rf due to having a belt lock off thing and will take a child rf for longer due to having a longer back than the tilt.
