Car seats

Help! So confused by car seats for my new Nissan Note...

I had planned on getting a First Class Plus car seat from birth to 4 years - it has great reviews and seems like good value for money as it lasts much longer than most.

However, I've now found out that it won't fit in my new car - a 2014 Nissan Note.

I've since tried to do more research online and am really struggling to find an alternative that will fit. I don't want to order one only to find it doesn't fit, and as this is my first child and I've never fitted a car seat before I'm not even sure I'd know if it does fit properly or not!

Does anyone know if the Joie Stages car seat will fit a new Nissan Note?

Or, as the car has an Isofix base, any recommendations for a car 0+ car seat (from birth to about 15kg) that will fit in the Note?

Thanks.

I have a note and have a rear facing axkid mini kid. It's seat belt fitted. Anyway the website we got it from, I think it was securatot, had a thing on each car seat which told you which cars it would fit in.

The advice is not to fit a car seat yourself. Halfords wouldn't sell me one without my daughter being there when I was changing hers as they need to fit it. Mothercare are really helpful and will try one in your car and fit it if you buy it as well.

The car won't have a base? Bases can vary across brands. Your car will have isofix points which you can use to fit a base.
