Coming to the end of ERF - what next?

DD is now 4 and 17+kg so the BeSafe izi combi is not going to last much longer.

Having known all about the safety benefits of 5 point harnesses and ERF, I now know nothing.

Any tips? Ratings/safety is more important than budget. TIA.

Can you afford a ERF up to 25kg? There are a few around Britax TWE or Axkid?

How much over 17kg is she. If only just you many have many months ahead yet?

We're in the same position, so am watching this thread with interest!

oad our niece has the TWE and I think my 4 year old would be nearing the top of it. The Axkid recall has put me off them a bit. I was looking at Britax extensafix a while ago to prolong the 5 point bit, but I haven't properly looked into that.

Extensafix has a recall too.
Axkid so solid when belted. The recall was tiny numbers although very scary I agree.

My 116cm still fits axkid.

How tall can you be in a TWE?

Theonlyoneiknow · 25/02/2014 20:15

We had to move DS out of his TWE when he was just over 4 so his sister could have it. He is only 15 kgs though so now in a kiddy guardian pro.
