Where can I get hold of Maxi Cosi Pebble head cushion and wedge for a newborn

I have been given a couple of car seats by my friend for my twins (about to be born). One of the seats has a round doughnut shaped head cushion and newborn wedge and the other doesn't.
Where can I get hold of an extra set and does anybody have these to sell! ?

EBay has loads of maxicosi stuff, look for auctions ending midweek, as these are invariably cheaper
