The only Isofix base which has a group 1 seat that fits into it is a family fix by maxi cosi and the Pearl goes into it. I wouldn't use a forward facing seat anyway.

Have a look at www.rearfacingtoddlers.com and www.rearfacing.co.uk before you buy the next stage seat.

If you have isofix points in the car then you'll just need an isofix car seat. The base will allow you to use a strap only seat with isofix points.
The law is changing soon to make it compulsory for children up to 15 months to be in a rear facing car seat. You only need to go up to the next group when baby's head is popping out of the top - not legs (as they scrunch these up anyway).
Try to have your little one rear facing for as long as possible because it really is the safest position to be in.
Before you but your car seat check it fits in your car too - Mothercare does this for free in all of their stores.
