Thanks for reading,
Can you tell me what booster and high back booster seats you have if you drive VW Beetle please?
My DH is going to look at a car for me next week and I'm worried that the car seats I have already wont fit.
Both DS's have the Graco Junior Maxi Highback Booster Car Seat. Eldest son has the back removed and just the seat part while youngest has the back attached still.

I think the booster type seats are pretty generic and will fit any car. The ones that need to be attached to the car with the seatbelt or isofix before putting an infant in are much more specific.

The only issue I could think of would be if it had very very very short seatbelts, but this would be an issue for hugely fat people as well...

Thanks gintastic. How fat is very very fat? Mum is a size 22 would she be ok? She can only travel in the back of a car due to a balance problem.

It was more a theoretical point. If they make seatbelts to fit very fat people (which they do and I wouldn't consider size 22 to be outside a 'normal' range which would be catered for), then there should be no issue with it fitting round a booster seat. I have no idea how long the seat belts are on a VW, but I can't imagine they wouldn't fit a size 22.

Phew thanks. I think my Mum is totally beautiful but would feel terrible if she had problems doing her belt up.
Thanks.

I have Maxi Cosi rodis in the back of my beetle if that's any help.

DesolationAngel thanks that will really help.
