Car seat/ pushchair compatability

Hi

I'm sorry if this is a silly question but do you know if a Graco infant car seat would be compatible with a Mothercare own brand pram/ pushchair?

For DS1 we used a second hand Graco travel system but unfortunately the buggy wasn't very user friendly. I am expecting DC2 in May and we're looking at purchasing a Mothercare mychoice pram/ pushchair which has really good reviews. So just trying to save some money by avoiding the need to buy another car seat!!
