Backless Boosters - recommendations?

My DD5 says the tall-back Maxi-Cosi seat is not wide enough for her shoulders. Unfortunately I cannot open the side wings anymore as she sits in the middle, as we have DC2&3 in Group 1 car seats on both sides of her. We can't move one of the Group 1 car seats in the middle as the seat belt can't secure it. Would love ot hear which backless boosters you have tried? Thanks

If it is the MC Rodi the back can come off anyway. Be aware though that booster cushions are being phased out.

my dd shoulders are above the wings, is it that her shoulders are touching her siblings seat. I have looked at backless ones but they are not as comfy as the highback. Is the head bit at the right hight?

I wouldn't put a 5yo in a backless booster - they just aren't as safe. Britax don't even make them anymore, and there are moves to withdraw them from sale completely. Im sure someone with more knowledge than me will be along and can provide links or more information. Could you put her in the front?

Thanks for your suggestions. I will try and readjust the head rest and see if the back will come off. I don't think we have the Rodi, it was an older model than that. Will try and find out which one it is.
