We need to look for a second carseat which can be used in the PIL car for when they're on childminding duties!!

We're looking for something reasonably priced as finances are tight and the seat is only going to be used once/twice a week and for relatively short journeys.

Does anyone have any eperience of what may fit into this car? I believe that the seatbelt tethers can be problematic because of their length, but someone, somewhere must have managed to fit a seat into a Yaris!!

Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give!! Smile

P.S. We're in the NW

We've a TWE in ours but that's not going to be the seat if you want reasonably priced!

Thanks Harriett

We actually looked at the TWE as our main carseat and as you said, not really the seat for reasonably priced!!!

the TWE is great if your seatbelts are short as it has an alternative routing.

personally, if it were me, I would get the TWE and just swap it between cars rather than buying 2 cheaper forward facing seats.

it's really, really easy to swap, esp if you have an extra set of tethers

That's what weve done. 3 lots of tethers
