Can I sell my daughters old car seat?

I've just upgraded her to a booster and am not sure what to do with her old on - can I legally sell it?

You can of course sell it, many people do.

It's not against the law to have a second hand car seat!!!!

Massive market for them on ebay, often fetch surprisingly good money so go for it.

There are lots for sale on Ebay. I am sure it is not illegal to sell a used car seat. Many people would not buy a second hand car seat however for safety issues, and often would want to know the person selling it to be sure it hadn't been in an accident.

yes you can legally sell it

but bear in mind seats have an expiry date, so you may want to check how long it could be used for by any potential buyer.
