I got a new headrest/head hugger thingie from Amazon for mine. It was called Cuddly........ something, I think, but I binned the packaging last week. I have since seen it in a couple of larger baby stores.

Can't comment on the foam insert as I still had mine.

I've got the foam insert somewhere if you'd like it...I might have the headhugger as well but would need to have a look as no idea where I put them. They are proper maxi cosi ones. I'll happily send them to you for free if I can find them.
