I have a TWE and a Zento and love both, don't know about the multi tech though.
At the moment (or at least last month) suppliers couldn't get the Zento into the UK as the distributor was having problems. I tried to get one but couldn't, the shop I had previously bought from called around for me and said they weren't getting any in the foreseeable future.
However, that being said, I think its a lovely chair. I like its 'wings' that look like they give good side impact protection around the head, something I wish the TWE had more of. One difference between it and the TWE is that it has a seat belt tensioner too, a little clip that you put onto the seat belt once fitted. The Zento is RF to 25Kg with a 5pt harness, FF 12-18Kg with the 5pt harness and a booster seat 15-25Kg, using the car 3pt seat belt having removed the 5pt harness.
The TWE is also a lovely seat, its lighter and slightly more compact. It fits in exactly the same way as the Brio, RF the belt route is the same and the tethers attach just the same too. It can be used RF or FF from 9-25Kg with the 5pt harness, or as a booster seat 15-25Kg, using the car 3pt seat belt having removed the 5pt harness. I chose it because I want to have my eldest in a 5pt harness for as long as possible.
Both can be fitted with a reclined position or in the more upright position. They have different ways of doing that but both are easy to do. My DH prefers the Zento because the harness is easier to do/undo. Both look comfy and the DD sleep in them soundly, even on long journeys. I'd happily recommend both of them.
If you want to know anything in particular about either of them feel free to PM me.
