Harness strap height for newborn? (While the covers are off anyway - Cybex Aton)

If you can remember - I have a Cybex Aton but no baby yet. The seat covers have been removed and washed. Before fighting to get them back on, I'd like to check which slot is most likely to be the right one for an average size newborn baby. The harness was already threaded through the middle slot (of three). I guess the first / lowest slot would be right? I'd rather rethread it now with the covers off than fight with the covers in the hospital car park! (The covers must come off to change the harness from one slot height to another.)

i dont have an aton,but have always used the lowest setting for a newborn :)

Thanks - it's difficult imagining what's the right fit. I probably wouldn't have even thought of it if the straps were already in the lowest position . I shall go with that
