Hi,

Watched an online vid. of how to install these seats as I'm interested in purchasing one (probably the kiddy comfort pro), though I don't know:

a) If this seat will be too large (currently using britax eclipse which fits very well if this helps.) Cannot seem to find any retailers near me (N. Ireland) that stock it so haven't been able to see it.

b) If the seatbelt in our car will be long enough

c) A change of car is long overdue Blush which car do you use the kiddy comfort in?

Can anyone who knows about/uses these seats for their DCs advise?

Thanks in advance.

We've got the kiddy comfort pro in our Astra, fits fine, as it's held in by the seatbelt going across the impact cushion & back, you really don't need that long a belt (less than for our silver cross infant carrier). It seems fairly slimline as well & sits well on the back seat between the seat belt on one side & the clip on the other IYSWIM. It's a fab seat, is really easy to use, light & v easy to transfer between cars if you need, my DD loves her 'table' & it's also fairly easy to get her in if she decides she doesn't want to sit down (she's 2 1/2!). It reclines well & the booster cushion insert was useful to start with as well. Would defo recommend. Mamas & Papas have started making a seat with impact cushion too, might be easier to come by in NI?

The in car safety centre in belfast sells kiddy car seats with the cushions, not sure which model though they did have wee toys hanging off it!

:)
