I don't drive but want a seat for 4.5YO, Trunki boostapak?

As the thread title says, my partner and I don't drive but we do use taxi's and my mums car atleast once a week, I can't warrant buying a high backed booster as it would be difficult to carry with us so I thought a BoostApak would be good.

Only problem I have is that I have never bren fond of booster cushions but surely it would be safe enough now.

Anyone got any experience of these?

Thanks

Could you buy a high backed booster to keep in your mum's car, and just use the backpack booster thing in taxis?

Some taxis carry high backed boosters anyway so it's worth asking when you book.

boosters are better than nothing. would get a high back for mums car though. Then if you go on a longer journey at any point it will be safer they do last a long time. Have a good look round and get a confabulate one. When getting one for my younger. dd got my bigger one to try a few for comfort as she is less likely to be swayed by colour thought I would get away with a cheap one but she explained why it wasn't comfy.(it was only for daddy's car which she doesn't go in much). Did discover after the ninna ones are comfy.
