Anxious about chest mark before appointment, could it be skin cancer?

Hi everyone, so I have had this mark on my chest for about two years and it has never gone away. I thought it was sebborheic dermatitis as I suffer with this on my face but this has never gone away with my regular cream. I’m now concerned it’s skin cancer. I have an appointment Friday but very anxious waiting! Does it look cancerous to anyone that may have had similar? I’ve attached a photo and it is about 1cm

Also to add if anyone has been through this and it was cancerous, what was the treatment?

I had a basal cell carcinoma in a similar place a few years ago. It was smaller than yours, if I remember rightly, but redder and shinier.

It was removed under local anaesthetic - a very quick and easy procedure. That was about 15 years ago and it hasn’t caused me any trouble since.
