Posting here for traffic.
Seeing a gp soon, but currently spiralling and hoping for some advice. I've convinced myself that I have inflammatory breast cancer
Symptoms are - one breast suddenly much bigger than the other, painful at bottom of breast, nipple has changed colour and much paler than normal, large veins across breast that weren't there before. Symptoms have been for about 4 weeks, not breastfeeding, not pregnant, doesn't seem to change throughout my cycle, no heat or redness, no dimpling of skin. Has anyone had anything like this?

This could be many things- hope you told gp your symptoms to get an early appt.
if it might help breast cancer now have a phone line you could contact.

Please don’t go down internet rabbit holes.

Hi OP, I’m sure if you ring your GP and explain tomorrow morning they will be able to get you a much sooner appointment. My DM had this a few years ago and they fitted her in the same day. When you make clear you have symptoms that could be cancerous most GPs are pretty good at realising the urgency.

Hope all turns out ok x
