Soothing Radiotherapy itching post treatment

Six months on from completing radiotherapy and I'm so itchy! Can anyone recommend a really good moisturiser to use on the areas that have scarred and suffered mild radiation 'burns'? I'm due to have my expander implant replacement surgery in a month or so and want to alleviate any irritation before I get strapped into the old compression bras again.

I used this my skin each day and it worked well.

I don’t have radiotherapy related itching, but I do have itching from a combination of immunotherapy and also because I have melanoma (which causes surrounding tissue to itch). My oncology team gave me the Aveeno moisturising cream, which helps, but I’ve also found the Lush Dream Cream to be very soothing. I used to use it on my dc when they had eczema and I’ve carried on using it myself for itchy skin. It works really well.

When I had radiotherapy, I was advised to use aloe vera gel by the nurses and it did work.
