Can anyone help me with this iv a spot on my face does anyone know what is it should I be worried

Without wishing to sound unhelpful, I don’t think that anyone on here can provide an accurate diagnosis. You are best going to see your GP who will refer you to a dermatologist if they believe that it’s necessary. That is the only way to be sure.

I’d go to your GP. I don’t say that to be alarming but if you are worried it’s worth them taking a look. They will ask you whether it has changed and whether it itches. If they think it needs a specialist look they’ll refer you.
