I had a funny looking crusty small moley thing in the middle of my forehead that I worried about and the GP refered me to hospital and dermatologist. She gave every mole spot and mark on my body a good looking at. ( I have a fair few little moles). The forehead one i was given topical chemo cream for and that got rid of it within 6 weeks. But, I had a tiny innocent looking freckle on my arm that I had taken off. Was benign. 🤷‍♀️Conclusion= you just can't tell the bad from the good. The GP can't reliably, either. The Dermo people are experts.

I don’t think that’s anything too concerning (I have melanoma so I know concerning skin things). But I would keep an eye on it. If it’s recently appeared and grows and changes quickly, get it looked at. My cancer grew from nothing to about 1.5cm in a year when it first appeared. The appearance changed rapidly over that time. If you’ve always had it or it appears and doesn’t change, it’s probably nothing too worrying.
