It’s been there since Jan
So so itchy
Feels like a rough patch
Can’t get apt for 3 more weeks
It gets extremely itchy

Looks like dry skin/eczema of some sort. However, it's hard to tell from the pic and I'm not a doctor. If speak to the GP if worried

We can't tell you op. You need a medical opinion. Three weeks sounds grim. I have a hard lump thingy on my upper arm and did an e-consult yesterday. They sent a link for an appointment and I have one for next Monday. Have you tried that?

No, I think it looks like seborrheic keratoses, which is a harmless but annoying skin lesion.
