Using chemo cream

Fluorouracil is the one I’m using, it’s made my nose very red and sore, I guess this is normal. Anyone else used this cream and how long did the redness stay? Should I stop using the cream for a couple days?

I used Flourouracil and this is very normal, it will look worse before it gets better. Stick with it religiously as prescribed without stopping (the area may even weep and scab over) as soon as you stop it will very quickly repair and heal over beautifully.

Thanks for responding. I left the cream off last night to give myself some relief but I’ll take your advice and persevere. It’s embarrassing looking like this but I guess it’s ok to put some concealer on after the creams soaked in.
