Swollen Suparclarvical Lymph Node

Hi , just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. I’ve noticed since Friday I have a swollen suparclarvical lymph node on my left side of neck. Been to the GP today who felt it over and said it could be a reactive one ( I have had a sore throat since Thursday) so I have been given a 10 day course of antibiotics and booked in for an app in 2 weeks time to see if it reduces or goes away. It is not visible on the outside can only feel it when I go looking for it. I don’t have any ‘red flag’ symptoms. I have noticed my shoulder on the left side is a bit tender but I’m not sure if that’s just anxiety after google telling me the worst or from touching it a lot. I am going a bit crazy worried it could be some sort of cancer. Thanks

I had that after a covid jab which made my arm sore on the jab arm. Hard as it is don’t poke and prod like I did as it got really sore and took ages to go down.
