i had treatment for HER2+ BC and am now just on tamoxifen. My white blood cells are slightly low (3.5) and I'm waiting for a repeat blood test. Obviously I'm worried, does anyone have any experience or advice? It can be a side effect of tamoxifen so I'm hoping it's that.
