I noticed on my breast about 2 days ago, is it something I should be concerned about?

Noticed what? Impossible to answer without seeing a GP.
lumps should always be taken seriously and are by GP's. They refer you on 2 week pathway most of the time simply because they can't rule it out, even if they don't think it's cancer. It's more likely to not be cancer tho.
is it a lump? Soreness? Patch of skin? Discharge from nipple?

I can't see anything on that pic. But if you notice any changes at all you should go and see your GP
