PCOS caused bumpy breast tissue versus a definitively sinister or cancerous lump?

Im 26. Its causing a lot of stress for me tbh. I cant feel any enormously obvious lump in my breasts but what is panicking me is that the base of my right breast doesn't feel completely flat as in there are some small bumps i can feel if I press the skin hard enough. Theres a history of difficult periods in the family and I've read that PCOS increases the risk of breast cancer

Have you been diagnosed with PCOS? I have it and haven't been told that. If you're concerned just ask your GP to check it out, it doesn't sound sinister but nobody will be able to reassure you otherwise. They can show you what to look out for too and how to check your breasts correctly for malicious lumps/bumps. Best of luck

Why are you asking the same question with a different title? You really need to speak to your GP. If your GP is concerned they will refer you via the 2 week pathway. No one here can diagnose you. Most of us here do have cancer and it isn’t fair that you keep repeating your worries and not listening to the advice - I’m sorry for being curt but I’m living it. Please see your GP about this, get some real world help, if there is a problem they are the person that you need to discuss this with.
