Was feeling extremely tired and found lump

Hello everyone,
I will call GP tomorrow morning, however, I really need a handhold and any advice please.
I am extremely tired for the last 2 months. It's very unusual for me- I'm very active, doing lots of activities, sports, etc. Even when I had Anaemia in the past I didn't feel that bad. For last few days I noticed I'm all the time nauseous and lost apetite (did pregnancy test- negative, did basic blood test privately on Wednesday- all came back normal).
This morning I noticed quite sharp pain on my left breast, thought there something wrong with my bra. Checked it later and felt lump inside my left breast. When I touch it- it's very uncomfortable and quite painful. I would say it's around 2cm.
For anyone who had/have breast cancer- did it start with extreme tiredness? What will happen when I'll call GP? Will they refer me for a scan?
I'm so terrified, I have two small kids and lots of problems in my family, my dad is given few months to live 😢 💔

I hope gp will reassure you tomorrow. I know what a horrible feeling it is to find a lump. But just wanted to come on to say that what you are describing in your breast sounds like an inflamed cyst. I had that recently and was also very worried. I also had shooting pains with it.

Are you menopausal i have a lot of pains in boobs. Does the tiredness feel like mild dose of flu? I have fibromyalgia. This is not detected by a blood test. Put ur mind at with lump then get further investigations done re tiredness.

Thank you everyone.
I'm 35 and have very regular periods, no peri-menopause symptoms, I actually had my second child 2023 spring.
My main concern is tiredness, I did lots of tests at private clinic, checked for Coeliac, etc when was Aenemic 2024. All came back negative.
I have "episodes " of tiredness and they starting in 2-5mins. I can basically fall asleep while standing and cutting vegetables in the kitchen. And I'm feeling nauseous.

I've had breast cancer and didn't feel tired at all with it. The lump I had was not painful to touch either. The fatigue is likely to be something else - thyroid? Iron? But it's not a symptom of breast cancer.

2 friends have had breast cancer and had no lump pain.

Have you been tested for under active thyroid? That can cause extreme tiredness.

Good luck x
